Cambridge Upper Secondary

A Cambridge learner

Cambridge Upper Secondary is typically for learners aged 14 to 16 years. It offers learners two routes: Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge O Level.

Cambridge Upper Secondary builds on the foundations of Cambridge Lower Secondary, although learners do not need to complete that stage before this one.

  1. Cambridge Upper Secondary - IGCSE and O Level Curriculum

Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge O Level provide broad and balanced study across a wide range of subjects, using learner-centred and enquiry-based approaches to learning.

  2. Cambridge Upper Secondary - Teaching materials, training and online support for Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge O Level

    Classroom support

We provide full support for Cambridge Upper Secondary teachers, including a secure support website, teacher guides, training and resources.

  3. Cambridge IGCSE and Cambridge O Level take the form of written, oral and practical assessment

Learners take internationally recognised Cambridge IGCSE or Cambridge O Level qualifications at the end of Cambridge Upper Secondary.

  4. Community

Our seminars and training courses bring Cambridge schools together. Teachers can also share ideas on our secure Teacher Support site.
